Boat Description

Former police boat converted to a spacious pleasurecraft / fishing rig. The last 10 years the boat ran in the inter-coastal waters, but this stable craft can handle the Gulf.

I installed two new 350 Chevy V8’s in August of 2016 and have put only 25 hours on them. I have the original receipts. The engines cost $10,800, so this is the primary value in this craft.

This boat is an 84 and was originally a police boat. It went through drastic changes so we had sleep-aboard, fishing and night time capabilities.

The boat will require some work to achieve it’s former running glory, or you may just be wanting the engines. If this is the case, you must take the entire boat and you can do with the engines what you wish.

The port engine propeller, turns clockwise, the starboard engine prop rotates counterclockwise.

After the engine installations were completed we mostly partied on it at dockside and because of this the running hours were kept really low.

We pulled the boat prior to hurricane Irma, then shortly thereafter our marina pulled all boats out for dredging operations and new dock facilities. We never got the boat back in the water. Since then the boat has been dry docked in North Sarasota.

At this point, the owner has simply aged out and it is time to let the boat go. We understand the effort needed to manage this craft and move and relocate it so we are asking the fair price of $4000. We hope for your success and we are priced to sell.
