Private Dock=Perfect Spot

We have a very nice private 80' dock located on the St. Johns River, at the end of Stokes Landing Rd. Palatka, FL that we are willing to rent out on a monthly basis. We are asking $650.00 per month. Dock has water, 50 AMP electrical service and a 10' draft.
We will allow commercial repair in a very limited capacity.
